How to Participate in the Parade

Celebrate the 2022 Christmas Holiday Season with a float promoting your business or organization!

The 2022 Pueblo Parade of Lights will take place at 5:30 p.m.
November 26, 2022
The Parade Theme is HOLIDAYS IN THE STEEL CITY

PARTICIPATION
Parade date is November 26, 2022. Entries not received by November 1, 2022 will be charged a $25 late fee. Deadline for all entries is November 1, 2022. Entry fee is $100 for commercial, $65 for all others. A limited number of premium placements are available for an additional $75 per entry. There will be a maximum of two (2) vehicles or four (4) motorcycles per entry. Make checks payable to Pueblo Downtown Association with Parade of Lights on the memo line. Entries shall conform to the parade theme “Holidays in the Steel City.” The Parade of Lights Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any entry. A detailed description must be submitted by November 1, 2022. No changes may be made without notifying the Parade Committee. Chosen entries will be notified around November 18th. Line-up instructions for selected entries will be available approximately one week prior to the parade. Watch our website www.puebloparadeoflights.com. Line-up numbers will be provided and MUST BE DISPLAYED on entry.

GENERAL RULES

Entry forms are fillable PDF files. Click one of the buttons to open the appropriate form, then just click in the appropriate areas and type in your information. (You may move from field to field by hitting “Tab.”) Click submit.

 
If you do not use Outlook or another default email program, your entry form cannot be submitted by clicking the Submit button. Click the “Print Entry” button instead. Then from your print menu, choose “Save as File” or “Save as PDF,” save to your desktop or other desired location, then attach it to an email and send it to puebloparadeoflights@gmail.com.

If you prefer, you may bring or mail your printed entry form to the Pueblo Downtown Association office at 503 N. Main, Ste 652, Pueblo, CO 81003 with payment. Make checks payable to Pueblo Downtown Association with Parade of Lights in the memo line.

​Payments by credit card can also be done on www.EventBrite.com. (You will still need to fill out an entry form on this website and send or deliver it to us. Please include a copy of your EventBrite receipt.)
